Tbh, there’s nothing to like. Moreover, it’s like a fraud company and anyone joining this company will destroy the future of their careers.

No job security, no respect, no good payment and they work as if the company can go bankrupt any day.

The AdTech industry was relatively new for me, however once I joined VDO.AI I was given proper training and my team members were also very supportive. All I can say is there is a lot of learning scope here and the work culture is also great.

Team members are currently less, however with time the team will expand and work can be prioritized accordingly.

As a marketing manager I am able to freely execute my creativity and help create holistic long-lasting relationships with the clients. The work culture at VDO.AI is very motivating with a lot of performance based rewards that inspire me to outperform myself.

The office is located little far from my home which makes it difficult to commute.

My team is very hardworking and motivating. All the tasks are done with utmost enthusiasm which increases our efficiency and helps us set higher goals

Hybrid work culture makes it a little difficult to interact with colleagues from the different teams.
