In my field, there always is a low work-life balance. I am glad it is better here but still not upto the mark.

The AdTech industry was relatively new for me, however once I joined VDO.AI I was given proper training and my team members were also very supportive. All I can say is there is a lot of learning scope here and the work culture is also great.

Team members are currently less, however with time the team will expand and work can be prioritized accordingly.

The office is located little far from my home which makes it difficult to commute.

The management at VDO.AI has defined vision and values that makes the work culture very positive. Ongoing professional developments also keep on taking place in the form of trainings, seminars etc.
