Compared to other companies VDart gives 100% job security to thier employees but when your performance is too low then you will be queued. Rather than that management ,company policies are far than other organizations. Work Environment very good comfortable with VDart

"Ah, Vdart – truly a star player in the industry. They’re experts at hiring you with great promises, only to toss you aside when they’re done with you. It’s like a revolving door – you’re in, you’re out, no big deal. But hey, at least the brief stint gives you a crash course in adaptability. Who wouldn’t love the thrill of constantly being on the edge of being hired or fired? It's basically a rollercoaster of professional growth!

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards.
