...t 3-Managment force their employee to write positive reviews about the company 4-They deducted 10 percent every month from your salary as the name of variable, when you leave the organization they refuse to give that amount. 5-They just fooling their employee 5-At the time of joining they commit lots of fake promises 6- In last 4 month more than 60 percent of the employee leave the company due to management 7- In 8 month 5 HR leave the company 8-No job security

Association of Collogue, Infrastructure are two parameters which I like the most.

They are not committed for what they are hire an employee. I was hired for 3 months on internship basis but they get extended it to 6 months without prior intimation. finally was totally frustrated and decided to resign.
