The old team was good.

It's a toxic culture where only Delhi employees are treated nicely. It's extremely easy to manipulate the CEO and the Content Head does so often. The HR forgets about feedback shared by employees.

LBB is great for engineers. Engineering team is focused on not only making an awesome product but to continuously upgrade the tech. I have enough time to either party or learn new tech. I get a lot of opportunities in LBB to showcase my talent. Management always approves my leaves.

Dislikes

Workplace is just workplace you will find yourself working all the time and there is no chit chat. And you will always interact just for work. No team gathering nothing

Love the work culture & the passion that most of the employees have is amazing. There's a different level of satisfaction you get when the work gets done the right way.

Well honestly it's a start-up so the work pressure is immense (that can't be a surprise) so probably the work life balance is a little hampered, rest everything's in place.

They are not supporting their employees at all! They value only managers and employees with good connection. Rest even if they give 200%, they never get appreciation. One of the manager in LBB doesn't even qualify to be manager as she doesn't even have any relevant experience in past plus her favouritism is at peak! You can't even complain to the HR because they're just puppet of managers! They don't even conduct HR round for interviews.

Dislikes

One of manager in LBB, she clearly isn't eligible for that position! She refers her friends and gives priority to them even if they don't have basic ethics!
