Dislikes

...ant to work here then forget about paid and sick leaves. Incompetent Hr They give a lollipop of double salary. Please dont take it. Work invironment is null and promotion are based on favouritism. Please don't work here this is not a right place to build your career.

Pls don't join this company bcoz they have so many hidden profiles all are related to salary deduction. Employee satisfaction is Zero . There are not a single leave ( EL, CL,SL, Holiday nothing). I have filed a case under labour court for this company bcoz they do mantal harrisment with employees .

Only good thing is that the salary gets credited on time. Very poor management. Worse increment. Beware of the centre manager Kailash. He is a real life fool who has no managerial quality. He lacks the analytical quality and love those who praise him unnecessarily. Similarly beware of Deepak Tiwary, A.M. Domestic division. He is worst than a snake. He will befriend you and shall stab at your back.

Salary is good, better than other company. Salary credited on time.

Dislikes

Extreamly overload work No fun activity Every saturday sunday employee have to work because of pending task Even on gazitted holiday, employees have to work. There will be no work life balance. 12-13 hours daily work load Frequenly task switching, lots of groups and messages on skype, mental pressure and touture to mind and body. Tea machine is of no use , it gives bitter coffee always, no sugar there in tea or coffee. There is no leave given to employee. Extreamly bad work culture, if you join here , you will ruin your work life balance and finally your life will be spoiled. Working long hours 12-13hours, without any break like an alert robot, and then manager will still scold you for your incomplete work.
