- Not paid my salary for the month of February - Forced me to show up at office even though i had viral fever Ultimately i resigned as they follow unlawful practices and i believe that they consider Indian Judicial system as weak and do not have any fear thinking they have money and power. But i will fight and will seek justice.

VC ERP Consulting has to be one of the, If not The Best Organization to work with. I absolutely enjoy working here. The culture, The people, The work has taught me so much and changed me as person and a professional. I was literally a Naïve and clueless kid when I joined VC ERP right after my MBA as a fresher. But in this past year all my seniors and management has given me so much space and freedom to grow immensely and I'd be eternally grateful for the kind of exposure that this organization has provided me. This is exactly what I dreamed of as a fresher. I take utmost pride to be associated with such fun-loving organization and for all the learnings and unlearning I have had in my journey.
