Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a cafeteria for getting energetic food nd drinks. Company policies are good.

Good Application tools like AFFSAT,UNIFIED DESKTOP . And company's policy rules is so bad ,it hold salary and after resignation 20 days mandatory to work in office then it provide experience letter and total salary. In case of any person need to switch other companies it hold those person for 20 days ,and other companies required immediately joining so person loos new opportunities...so bad..

This is the Organisation that actually helped me grow as a professional. Salary package is much less but suitable for freshers to learn and practice a professional life routine. In just 1 year I was promoted to team leader. So if you perform well, you will grow.
