To be honest everything is great here like you'll get good hike depend on your performance. You'll have good working culture with good motivation from Directors of Company along with many challenging Projects.

For automation Engineers need to stay in other state with extensive travelling sometime or need to work Individually at site for Project Commissioning. It is may be good for freshers from Electronics or Instruments field students male only.

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed).
