...e name sake only. Decisions will be made by one or two persons. No job security. Salary won't come regularly. Minimum two month salary will be hold by company always.

not really . bcoz without salary nobody will work. Pune area has major salary issues.

salary never on time, it will be delayed by 2/4 months. every month you need to asked for salary. Bonus and LTA, you should forget. HR confirmed that Company has Funds issue. from last 10 years, company facing funds issue. salary above 1lacs delayed by 3 months. no Saturday off, without salary, you have to go out of station , you need to invest your money to travel.

... after leaving the job. if you wanna work free, then you can join this company. no salary for senior management. I was working here for 6 months , but it was horrible. i received 2 salary only. and no full and final from last 6 months.

Salary delay by 3 to 6 months, No Bonus LTA, it can happened 3/4 times in a year. no stability , person centric company. not at all system working. they are Thekedaar, and treating you like labours. you have to fight for your salary.

Senior Staff is very cooperative and the work culture is also very positive. Your genuine problems are addressed properly and all support is provided.

Dislikes

The main disappointment is the salary structure, i.e., the perks and allowances are not paid regularly and high CTC is shown at the time of joining.

1- Salary not on time. 2- HR policy not favourable towards employee. 3- HR is rude. 4- Not getting diwali bonus and other perks on time even if you leave job. 5- No job security. 6- Full and final settlement not done on time it takes more than 2yrs.
