...le experience I faced . There is no professional top management in that company. They will pay 4 months delay salary. Due to land issue They failed to Deliver project on time. Please guys it's my humble personal request that plz don't join vasathi company even in your dream. HR is one of the worst person he did not gave my experience certificate any pay slip ....

I had learnt many things because I was the only CRM In that big project and eatablished CRM process at VASATHI AVANTE, was working under too much pressure so learnt a lot as I joined at starting of the project got a chance to learn a lot.

Dislikes

They pay salary after three months interval, do not expect any salary increment or promotion. Bangalore project got delayed vin handover more than 2.5years. There are litigation in that project. Management is so poor that they do pay salary even security towards their employees. Please do not show interest working in this company. I had been working in this organisation 3.5years and last 8months was horrible when in comes to handover. Even they didn't pay my last month salary neither my incentive and leave encashment.

Dislikes

No professionalism. Evading salaries. No perks. No humanitarian attitude etc. Now the company is bankrupt and facing insolvency. Several creditors sre cursing the management. The so-called CEO deceived his own co-directors, employees, flat purchasers, contractors & suppliers, land lords etc. Useless waste company
