RIght now condition is not ok else its a good company for your carrier growth.. From Oct 2016 employee not getting there salary on time .. Even from Feb2017 to till date no salary give.

Company doesn't exist now. Got huge funds in May 2016 and by November diverted all funds to their personal entities leaving employees struggling to survive. Many of them are jobless till now

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more.
