I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts

Salary on time, HR support, Overall payment support

Dislikes

Internal politics, ASM hypocrisy, no appreciation of your work, working time, There is a fixed time to come office but for going home there is no fixed timing. 10pm is normal time to go home working hours as per HR is 7-8 hours but ASM will stop you till he want.

Compensation part is good as in incentive once you achieve target.

Dislikes

They treat their customer executive as a driver and order booking representative they don't care either you are mba or 10th pass At Vbl, only skill set you need is just how good porter you are. Company totally believe is marking LOP they don't need reason for that and there is no proper system.

Dislikes

Salary deductions only for customer executives not applied for seniors, that too without occuring any mistakes you will get cut in your salary. Pathetic work strategies, no mental & physical peace, politics everywhere, no value of honesty and performance, NO JOB SECURITY AT ALL, shoe lickers get good promotions not good performers.
