Initially I thought it was a good company but soon the dark lobbying culture and favoritism began to show up as if it was always there but it went unnoticed somehow before but after that everything turned upside down.

Don't trust the Hiring team with your salary and benefits, I lost 1.5 months salary they never gave me the experience letters no joining letter just an offer letter was all I got. Whenever I tried asking for my Salary certificate they have no clue. The hierarchical system here is very effed up with bosses bringing in their relatives for the job with total disregard for the company rules. I will never recommend anyone to work for VBL absolutely pathetic shady company with a hideous intention to take your hard earned money from you. If possible I would have "0" rating for this piece of s.ht company.

Their dummy HR is posting fake best reviews. It is a worst lala Company among the lala companies. They are hiring externally and new recruits are leaving quickly because of extreme dirty politics and telu culture. The old management and employees make life miserable and you will be trapped for massive corruption from bottom to the top. They create unnecessary pressure everyday and ruin the personal life. PepsiCo was in loss and sold everything to this franchisee. The senior management cannot write a single line in the English without several grammatical mistake and used Desi abusive language. They don't respect the hierarchy and spy on their employees. Many fat salaried senior managers at the head office spend their time happily by doing chamchagiri to their seniors in their room. This company is very greedy for profits at any cost and exploit the good employees vehemently. No job security except for boot lickers. Employees work for 365 days and no respect for declared holidays. Everything is managed through bribe route and broker preferred managers.

*Salary, it is very low compare to other opponents in market. We are getting salary as per the rate of inflation of last 10 year. *Work Culture, There is long working hours without providing any cab working for late night, no incentive is given for overtime, food isn't good, although they charge very cheap money for it, but quality isn't good, Official documents are provided wrong many times, Management doesn't provide any support on it, and keep being ignorant, and will yell if we go for multiple follow ups. *Office Politics, despite being it in every company, here it is on another level. *Budget:- Everytime we talk about Employee Engagement they don't have budget, but will do grand celebrations for Associates and Union!! * No opportunity for females: It's a company running on patriarchal thoughts that female cannot work, thus they provide bare minimum salary *No permanent job:- They won't give you notice, everytime they'll ask you to go to other locations, without increasing any amount in your salary, Increment:- increment is a joke here, you'll get 2k increased max meanwhile the inflation would have rised too much! *No proper place to sit:- Departments often don't have proper chair to sit and table too keep their laptop and work, also there's a Maintenance Manager-Saurabh Gupta who have his cabin but always sits in reception, that's the only place we have in whole office to sit, *Pantry:- We are asked to take coffee only for general shift, people coming in second & night shift don't have access to it. *PWD:- The company initiated a project for disabled people to employ them, but they didn't offered them the basic necessities, they didn't received any respect here, HR used to yell at them for coming too many times in pantry for coffee/tea *Promotion:- Promotion is also a joke, for female - there's only one way to get promotion that is by getting pregnant, don't have to work just get pregnant, For male - keep licking your boss's feet, surely you'll get one.

Everything. Commercial department is controlled by one person from Bihar. Even the head is scared of him. He has looted the company. Arlem depot security is hand in gloves with him who generates fake bills. The security guard roams with four wheeler. Everyone in the plants and depots know it. During our night shifts we discuss things all are sad but nothing improves. We are paid very less but this people loot company. The is security contractor who is chalu lomdi. He should be removed.
