...or M 02 (Assistant manager) and below level, no work life balance no weekly off. Nepotism in company if your father is working as GM in varun beverages then you will definitely achieve promotion and good salary otherwise you will struggle.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of political and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 year before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not going to new joiners

Their dummy HR is posting fake best reviews. It is a worst lala Company among the lala companies. They are hiring externally and new recruits are leaving quickly because of extreme dirty politics and telu culture. The old management and employees make life miserable and you will be trapped for massive corruption from bottom to the top. They create unnecessary pressure everyday and ruin the personal life. PepsiCo was in loss and sold everything to this franchisee. The senior management cannot write a single line in the English without several grammatical mistake and used Desi abusive language. They don't respect the hierarchy and spy on their employees. Many fat salaried senior managers at the head office spend their time happily by doing chamchagiri to their seniors in their room. This company is very greedy for profits at any cost and exploit the good employees vehemently. No job security except for boot lickers. Employees work for 365 days and no respect for declared holidays. Everything is managed through bribe route and broker preferred managers.

Team of engineers is highly skilled and passionate. They tend to give their more than 100 % . This is good organization to start your career with.

Dislikes

There is nothing which I dislike about this organization. Salary is decent but growth is slow. Training structure should be there for new joinees
