...ll now because of PSR . The PSR is responsible for credit collection and slaes . If the shop Owner didn't pay the bills. Then PSR is responsible to pay the bill amount to the distributor. PSR should put his hard earned money to this nonsense. Company and distributors will treat you like a slave. If the stock expires in outlate then PSR is responsible and he should invest his hard earned money. Because company or distributor will not take the expiry product. And No work life balance at all.

Poor ta da structure which is not sufficient for an executive by any standards. A meagre sum of 350 is not going to cut if one is to work in the market day in day out, maintain cooler purity and buy the PSRs lunch done out of professional courtesy. If the company would like to have CEs work with 100% commitment, please raise the TA DA for the executives. We're not asking for much. Just take care of your people and we will take care of your business.

They treat you like labour, no proper travel compensation , no incentive, no value for experience or quality of people. I am expected to travel all around Delhi in Rs. 150, after an experience of 10+ years and considering that I handle whole Delhi.
