Worst team to work with. Resignations are flowing due to this work environment. Please avoid this organisation for your mental peace.

...he employees and team members, mangers are very professional and helping nature. Salary structure is also good. Overall things are good to work in Varthana Finance and it's a best place to work.

We have a good time to enjoy with family not only weekend, We can enjoy everyday if working in Varthana. 5 days working in this company and this is too wealthy for employee who manage his work life balance.

There are no any circumstances to dislike. Everything is good but sometimes have to convey for the bonus and appraisal need to going on a right way.

Mostly time We have to work late night thts by personal life is going ruined. In our workline Saturday is holiday never marked attandance but we have to do work every Saturday work from home only office closed. .and at the joining time HR said Saturday will be totally off
