I worked here for six months. but no appreciation and benefit given. on my opinion this company is only big in terms of turnover and in terms of management it is very bad as management works like a baniya cultutre.

Dislikes

I dislikes here is culture of management. just as baniya only. no authority to higher level persons for taking decisions. for all small small decision, management call every person right from peon to president and then take decision that too what the management likes.

Company is still in Project work and trying to top in in the market and still company taking care of employees with on time salary, appraisal of performer, providing support to the employees wherever required.

Nothing to dislike but some old employees salary not incremented like insaid before

Only work on self confidence and providing travels for everyday work

There is a many things for dislike the first one i was work in forging plant as a lathe operator in tool room the company rules regulations is very bad Without any notice, many workers were thrown out of the company, including me. The staff behavior of the company is very bad.

Training is not given by any one, they only maintain the record on paper by taking signs of the employees, their is no job security & no career growth, very bad working environment, no innovation, work-life balance is very poor, salary is pending upto 2 months. They only maintain the all the documents on paper but actual condition are very bed at the time of working. Working hours always 12-15hrs daily but they say only 8hrs. Behavior towards employees is very bed, no medical facility available at the time of injury. For engineers they behave like helper boy only. They dont provide experience certification .

Here i get chance to develop my soft skill, within 15 days working i give one demonstrative lecture section to our working manpower for improve our production process & basic metallurgical introduction.
