Qual head is nice and let's you spearhead the project.

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

... work which has to be done by researchers half the time. No clarity on finances. They want you to work on holidays and weekends but when it comes to pay no one would reply to even the whatsapp messages. Huge paycuts.

This is a fraud company. The owner has not paid salaries to any of the employee. Few banks have also filed case on him over non-payment of loans. Be careful if you get an interview call from this company

only 5 days work, business cards and flexible timing

Dislikes

The company wont pay on time. Fraud company. The CEO is on the spree on cheating people. They deduct 10% as income tax in place of 5%. When someone goes and asks them about this they respond it is a mistake from the finance team and will rectify in the next month. Either the company is cheating or the finance team is illiterate!
