...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address bour issues salary is decent but career growth is slow there is a bond of 2 year before which you cannot resign on the job training is not given to new joiners.

Infrastructure of company is good for work. In Vardhman job is secured but working culture is terrible. Company policy are average.

In VNGL work environment is toxic. There is lot of discrimination at work place and people disrespect each other her.

This company is totally different from the entire Vardhman Group. I have worked in three other units of Vardhman but found this one totally unbalanced and non-aligned with Vardhman way of working. Vardhman as a group is heaven to work but this is somewhat different. The senior management needs to seriously intervene and make immediate changes if they want to get positive results..
