I like how the development of the employee is taken care. Every employee in the company is from non jewellery backgrounds and after that they have developed a lot of skills in communicating or understanding of the products detailing. Every aspect is what i felt is taken care.

Dislikes

In initial starting days they keep you out of the counter for sometime because of security or trust reasons on the new employees. Good thing is that they get chance to test the genuineness of the new employee.
