... to all units....But a direct recruited freasher do not get all these.. thinks.. , he don't even get the same package also. And one thing that the facilities provided by Vardhaman are not same in all work location

In mahavir spinning mills, partiality observe between male & female staff. Increment & promotion are less in loom shed as compare with female & maintenance team. Threatened to be fired in each mistake by management.

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more.
