Good for those who work for company but not for themselves(own future). Could be learnable for freshers only.

Dislikes

...not true to their words. Employees are not valued or respected. Mostly desk job. Doesn’t give you any kind of salary benefits, infact deduct salary in every aspect. Salaries are mostly delayed. They make you work extra time every day and doesn’t give any benefits. Worst company to work with.

...no peace of mind to work. Joining a Varanga company is a big mistake for anyone. They deduct 10% salary to every month and didn't told to anything at joining time.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
