...uch transparent. There is no cafeteria but a canteen managed and run by company. Company policies are not too good, forget about appraisals and they didn't give any hike on salary and never clear your bonus.

Dislikes

There is a lots of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is not much decent and career growth is also slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. If you resign before you will have to sign an another agreement bond of not joining in the same territory till next coming 2 years. On the job training is not given to new joiners.

When i join this company i feel that i will grow my self but they didn't give any training or any kind of support and they didnt give my salary ot convance and in lockdown they did not give me any kind of support and they did not pickup my calls till now no one give me my questions about my salary for my work what i done before lockdown. Lala type company every time owner of company use abuse language with his employees. No future in this company if you are totally chaplus type person or no effect if some one use abuse languages so the company is good for you. Thanks

Hi, I'm here to share a part of my journey from the past 12 years in my career, I started from a package of 3.6LPA in 2013 at iGate and due to a few bad decisions on my career and worthless advices from people who are always pessimistic about the industry, I switched two companies and landed in a start-up with 2.4LPA. I worked hard nearly 8-16hrs a day single handed researched, built and managed an entire vertical of a project for 8 years. When the company didn't value my contribution and thought I was too young to become a manager, I had a package of 6LPA and Senior developer in designation. I switched for obvious reasons to a TL role for 12LPA and now at the same company I'm a TPM on the basis of my contribution with 48LPA as a fixed component. I feel outclassed in terms of having a fancy CV with certifications, I feel like CTC has hit a peak with 48LPA being fixed and nearly 40% in Variable. Most companies are hesitant to hire me because of this. What should be my next move?
