Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Nothing to like there is a no growth salary's worst ever. ... In indestrial platform ... All vara infotech manege ment to take full of employes salary cuttings weekly off working amount not a reasonable that amount nothing to use full just traveling charges ajustable No bounes giving ..... Full work torture .... That's all .. the worst.... Experience my all years....just I like there sick leaves and emergency leaves giving ... Some days....good to saying

It's very good company than many MNCs in especially Hikes, even though I've worked in ICICI Bank Ltd as a client. Work life balance very good, colleagues and managers are supportive. WFH , Health insurance policies are there as benefits.I'm fully satisfied worked with Vara Infotech.
