There are two kinds of jobs you can get here. If you get a secondary job then there isn’t much space for growth or increase in salary.

The work culture here is amazing- I have worked here for a while and my team is great, the opportunity for growth is high (I’ve been promoted twice) and I love my job.

I wish the compnay size was smaller than 7,000 people because upward mobility would have been even easier
