Everything about the company is to dislike. There is no work culture, you get 20-30% of the salary deducted, no HR policies and you won't get relieving when you resign.

Worst place to work because of aurogant and blackmailing Md they will get sign on 2 year bond then they play with employees

Dont work there save your precious and valuable time. Most important dont give your any certificate to them otherwise they will never give you back and they will make you pay for that any how with any unreasonable resaon.. so please stay away from this company..

Many issue is MD Siddesh, He will not thing about business growth. He will think about how will spoil an employee's career. How will collect money from employees? He has a criminal mindset person... Collect cheque from us do bonce and eat that money....

It's just terrible working here. So much pressure on employees, based on bond retaining black mains will be there, they don't return the documents and relieving letters for the employees while relieving, don't get hikes during bond period that's 2 years. No likes at all in this company.
