Nothing to say or like anything in culture of office. Owner was at outside or at home for personal reasons. No employee at office place. Not any trustworthy thing.

...ith our money spend. Even money not be refunded which spend for company purpose. Salary system based on owner's mindset. She is extremely short tempered and hopeless person. Every time she was shounting and blaming ,roasting for any reasons. Every time the office see empty ...no employee there. No work life balance. Not even get working days salary also. I have to pay money for Tea also. I didn't found work life balance there amd not learning any new things. Work satisfaction does not exist here.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
