i) Micromanagement by some managers. ii) At times differing views of manager and overall management. iii) Compensation could have been better.

Likes

The best thing about Vantage Circle is the flexibility to work, the work culture and environment are icing on the top. We follow a cross-functional working pattern which helps everyone to work closely with one another and this helps in a lot of knowledge sharing.

Dislikes

The compensation can be better and a bit more exposure to new learnings will be an added advantage.
