Work environment is very friendly. Only 7.30 hours of work. You won't get any delay in salary. When you are not included in a project, you can enhance your skills with company resources. They will give you the topics and you can get help from your superiors at any time. My superiors were very helpful and friendly.

Projects are with non disclosure agreement. So you cannot mention the domain or url in your resume. In some cases you won't know even for which site you are contributing your skills since clients hire an employee through online and they will tell him what to do.

Job security and work environment. Company culture. Very good work-life balance. Strictly 7.30 hours work with half an hour break. Clients come from US, Canada and several European countries. You will get the chance to work on several technologies depending upon the client you are working for at the moment. That paves the way for skill development. Salaries are reasonable.

Dislikes

Salaries are not very high but they are commensurate with work load. If you are expecting to travel abroad or work onsite you will not get the chance. As far as learning a new technology is concerned you will have to hit the road running. Growth is limited.

The work environment is good and they have a strict policy on not working above 8 hours. Vanilla is a good starting point for freshers.

Dislikes

The exposure to industry is very minimal. We never hear about the latest trends or technologies. Rotational shifts can get very tiring. There is no team work. Therefore no exposure to Agile, etc. This affects future prospects of developers. The quality of client projects is not really good.
