No hierarchy. - Flexible timings - depending on team dynamics. - Ideal place to start as a fresher - From my personal experience, management really cares about their employees and is very open to feedback/criticism. - Located in CBE. For employees, wanting the office experience - will be relatively less expensive than other metros. - Sports/Fun activities.

- Depending on your prior experience, could be limited in terms of career growth. - Follows Open office culture - which few might not prefer

Very good company for learning/skill developing. Friendly seniors to help at each time when you are stuck with something. Flexible working hours. WFH provided anytime.

These jokers conducted 3 rounds of interview to me & told I got a very strong feedback. Then suddenly they ghosted me. Totally unprofessional. Seems like I dodged a bullet.

Some employees do a lot of politics in here to get a good name or to get away from a bad situation. Manager could be very partial towards you if he doesn't like you from the beginning. He would never change the opinion about you despite some good work by you.
