I recently gone through a situation where I didn't get the chance to work properly took leaves due to health issues and got married and immediately I have my semester exams, due to that I'm not able to fulfill company goals, but the reason I took leaves are valid and they didn't considered and they asked me to go to pip or leave the office, i really disappointed a lot and I left the job there, also there are politics going on in the team that is also somewhere effected to my job, one of my colleague gave wrong information to my manager that I'm not in online not working and not responding this is really not happend, I got to know this information directly from my manager only 🥹, I felt very sad

No positives because HR department will not be having any trust in the own department and I was worried how they can manage people in the office.

Dislikes

Not recommended for freshers especially. No hike upto 2 years. Poor compensation. Rude management. Poor cab facility. Everything is charged in the canteen. No special benefits for employees except insurance.

No job security.if you are not tagged to any project,they will force to keep resignation and pay only 3months basic salary. They will not even give an opportunity .and the firing process is immediate.

Worst managers. Too much favouritism. Most of the managers are long term employees of the company and they don’t have any ethics or eligibility. They just do politics and they promote only their puppets. If you want to survive here you must have political skills or delivery managers blessings. You have to work more than 12 hours still you can’t guarantee your job or hikes
