Unfortunately, this may not hold true for existing senior employees, as their careers are susceptible to being undermined by both managers and higher management, resulting in a lack of promotions and salary growth. ...Load per person might be high but there is huge learning and growth opportunity. People are compensated better in comparision with MNCs and pay structure is good. They believe in keeping the people they have(Depends on Situation though). You won't mind joining this company as you get to learn and at the same time compensation is good. You will be noticed for your efforts in a small team.

Points which they can focus on is: 1. There is no provision to change the projects(Official transition time is big and they want to keep hired employees tagged to the project they hired for) 2. Company lacks diversity Overall people are good. You need not worry about bad hikes and all. If Growth and learning is priority then there are minor cons which can be ignored
