Unfortunately, this may not hold true for existing senior employees, as their careers are susceptible to being undermined by both managers and higher management, resulting in a lack of promotions and salary growth. Lastly, if you excel in ingratiating yourself through flattering and pleasing managers and upper management, you might still thrive in the company even as a senior employee. However, taking a stand on managerial concerns could lead to being targeted and discredited. Everything in here starting from work culture to compensation to work life balance to career progression,you won't find any only people who can not their head to their managers will get all the benefits from good rating to onsite opportunities and higher pay hikes.

Nothing much only one suggestion for on-site employees. Company should plan properly for on-site employees and share all plans with employees so that they can plan their journey accordingly.

Peak level micromanagement. We have fill out our work hours for each task in excel every day to the minute detail. No Work life balance. Lot of politics . No support from manager when there is bad client.

No job security.if you are not tagged to any project,they will force to keep resignation and pay only 3months basic salary. They will not even give an opportunity .and the firing process is immediate.
