No job security.if you are not tagged to any project,they will force to keep resignation and pay only 3months basic salary. They will not even give an opportunity .and the firing process is immediate.
Worst managers. Too much favouritism. Most of the managers are long term employees of the company and they don’t have any ethics or eligibility. They just do politics and they promote only their puppets. If you want to survive here you must have political skills or delivery managers blessings. You have to work more than 12 hours still you can’t guarantee your job or hikes

The promotion system seems biased, favoring individuals who excessively flatter and cater to the needs of managers and higher management. On the other hand, those who raise questions or concerns about managers and higher-ups often face repercussions, with attempts made to discredit them and hinder their career progress without proper salary increments or promotions.
Nonetheless, the company can serve as a valuable platform for freshers to kickstart their careers and aspire for senior positions. Unfortunately, this may not hold true for existing senior employees, as their careers are susceptible to being undermined by both managers and higher management, resulting in a lack of promotions and salary growth.
Lastly, if you excel in ingratiating yourself through flattering and pleasing managers and upper management, you might still thrive in the company even as a senior employee. However, taking a stand on managerial concerns could lead to being targeted and discredited. Ultimately, the choice rests on the individual, and to succeed in this company, one must possess strong people management skills and potentially become one of the favored or preferred employees.
