Salary incriments are pretty good

Dislikes

There is no process for anything and the managment only believes few members(they wont think they are good or bad), there are too mnay politics, there is no value for employee and no security for the people.

The friends I made in the company were the only reason for working in this company.

Dislikes

List is long. Starting with poor management, where managers expect to be fed with free biryanis for supporting you. HRs support the Managers, which makes them unapproachable for grievances. In my project, the Project Manager organised unofficial weekend parties with free drinks and food. If you attend, you are in the good books, or else you are in trouble. At best, please avoid this company.
