Recently they have started Variable pay component in salary which is not good. Variable pay they offered is 1 Lakh but hardly we don't get atleast half of the amount....Only drawback I found 🙃

Worst company ever Hiring process is very unprofessional and complicated. HR told me to attend office for last round of interview but when I reach hyderabad they scheduled HR interview virtually and offered salary(3.6 fixed) less than my previous salary(3.75 fixed). Reason I have 5 months of gap. Literally waste of time and waste of money I spend because of this waste company. I already mentioned my expectation salary around 6 fixed after I asked atleast 5 fixed but they didn't even considered my experience and certifications on my skills. Leads and heads of this company is worst than anyone as far I see. Especially HR leads they will call you multiple times and negotiate salary. At any point of time your negotiation salary will be changed even before one day of joining and stop communications as well I don't wanna mention about their names because I have values but in valuelabs no values with outdated equipments in lab 😂. consider almost every lead and head of department are like this. I already seen negativity of company but I didn't expected those reviews are true. Now I understand

Good colleagues compared to other service based companies like wipro,TechM. If we are lucky we get good client. Adapts new technologies and innovations. Work life balance depends on project. 6 months hike, but last appraisal was a blast.

Dislikes

...for Devops related jobs. If working mainly on Testing/web development it's good. Too much Fixed salary and so more income tax deduction.

1. Company politics 2. Management take steps back from employees when they need their support and management have terrible discussion making. They make you agree to work on unassigned project and if something happens they back off and will say it’s all employees fault. 3. There is no up-skill courses

The team and managers are pretty encouraging and very welcoming to the newly joined employees. My manager in particular encouraged me and supported me in anything and everything I did.

Dislikes

...gies and it's difficult to switch to other projects that use newer technologies. And there isn't much increase in pay for some employees.
