Work Life Balance was good. Compensation was good. The provide free food to employees, probably a selling point for bachelors trying to save money.

well this depends on the management & project but as i have experienced they want employees to work only & do nothing else in their life, micromanagment is genes of some people holding higher positions in the organisation. Working hours are not strict at all, you start on time & never closes your laptop.
