It's good company to work if you get hired for few departments. You will to learn many things as its more focused on automation. Also you get to learn many product .

Dislikes

There is no work life balance . Appraisal and bonus is very bad and it's getting worst day by day. Company share price is also getting worst so no use of esops or share as an award or final additional bonus.

Performance base promotion, if a employee is performing well will get promoted to next level quickly.

One thing very good about SS&C GlobeOp is that your job is secured. They won't fire you unless you cause a breach. The promotions are also regular. Every 2-3 years you get promoted if you keep giving your best at all times.

Dislikes

The Salary and compensation is not that great. They do not have a good retention policy for great talent. The attrition rate is high.

Pay scale is less as per compared to other companies provide. if company increases the pay scale as per market level than we would be happy and whole heartedly continue journey with company for longer term.

...ious job had the best work culture but appraisals happened once in 2 or 3 years. So, the salary benefits compared to that was very good, at least it happened every year even if it is only 5 to 6 %.

Dislikes

The work can be better if the people are cooperative but no one gives you the complete information about the process literally. People who have been since the inception of the process withhold the information with them and literally there is nothing you can do. You have to learn gradually watching and observing but that really takes time and a lot of effort. There is no work life balance.its pathetic. Literally you have to slog and forget about week days. The processes are so messed up and it leads to stretch without any reason. You have to stretch daily some times 13 to 14 a day. 22 to 12 hrs is just normal here. Management is poor. Nobody really cares about your concerns unless you are an asset to the team and really useful. But still partiallity and biasness exists. You have to be loud about ur work and ready to fight for ur rights or else you ll get nothing. It's not easy to work here. You have to mentally prepared for this. Many people I know have left within few months of joining bcos the pressure is such. Not scaring, but you should be ready to handle that much pressure.
