Good colleagues compared to other service based companies like wipro,TechM. If we are lucky we get good client. Adapts new technologies and innovations. Work life balance depends on project. 6 months hike, but last appraisal was a blast.

Recently they have started Variable pay component in salary which is not good. Variable pay they offered is 1 Lakh but hardly we don't get atleast half of the amount....Only drawback I found 🙃

They make you agree to work on unassigned project and if something happens they back off and will say it’s all employees fault. 3. There is no up-skill courses
