Flexible work timing. Work from home opportunities.

...ies. Ignored mails if you ask for salaries. Doesn't give appraisal on time. Variable pay is a myth. Won't let you buyout your notice period. Withholds experience certificate.

Annoying people they don’t want employees to get socialise inside the organisation, product has no extra benefit. Nothing just waste of time don’t fall for their trap Even it’s work from home they want you to keep webcam on every time. They will just give you a ppt to understand their portal which is not user friendly. No one will prefer online option compared to offline one I repeat don’t fall for their work from home trap

Initially, everything was just fine. Cooperative colleagues and managers, remote work, flexibility in timing and leaves, package, weekly salary, timely payment, and incentives, etc.

The work itself is extremely boring and stagnant. If you are a creative person, there are high chances that writing admission documents for others for a year or so will feel like a threat to your sanity. Also, lately, the management is not doing very well and there have been some changes in policy, as a result of which the amount of work is overwhelming for the writers. In fact, for a few months, I had been working from morning to 2-3 am at night. It's too much. Also, after such a hectic week you won't feel like working on Saturday but the company follows 6 working days.

...k with. Please do not join here. This will definitely affect your mental health. It's been a year since I resigned the company and they are yet to pay my pending money. Whenever I call them, they don't pick the call and they will send a message stating that will pay you next week and they don't pay. It is a horrible place to work.
