Hire and Fire Policy : No job security, they hire in emergencies with good packages. Once the work is done they will ask you to leave nicely by saying there are no projects. Really high RISKY job!

A lot of politics management targeting people, make sures they get fired. New management is came with a lot of toxicity. This company make feels like you are useless, dumb.
