...alary on time (salary Wil be on 10 th of every month but not credited on 10 th). Pay slip will mailed to another person not to you. You can fire at any time. No respect for your work. Have doubt on you always. They always believe money is ultimate, if you ask hike they fire you and replace you with a minimum paying employee

The only liking thing is management organized a trip to ooty that to we shared a certain amount for that. If any one want to start their career with no salary can join and work like appendixes.

...we can't learn any thing # worst environment full of politics and partiality. # Their is no proper salary date and very low salary package # worst management and worst employee beneficiaries # worst leave policies My overall advice is better look for another company.

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more.
