...per management is irresponsible, no one is there to lister to employees concern. HR team is irresponsible, every monthe salary gets credited late, their vendor for EPF makes mistakes every month and then we have to take follow ups on that. In upper management only family friends and family members are sitting and outsider wont get any chance for promotions. Everything in Valethi is negative.

...r subordinates. Managers don't allow you to speak and put forward your thoughts. Salary is very low as compared to the market value and appraisals are given only to the people who can participate in office politics.

There is no fixed date for salary, appreciation (specially in salary) and motivation are mostly not for the deserving resources. Unexplained and unreasonable layoffs,

The company is great for freshers and interns; you'll learn a lot. They provide snacks, which is an added bonus. The working culture is okay but not exceptional.

Dislikes

The job is underpaid even though you're a senior, with some juniors earning more than you. Some team members are toxic; while others are supportive. Some testers lack skills yet receive higher salaries than skilled workers.

The salary they provided was better than most of the companies were offering for the same post. Also the company is new in Finance and Account got to learn a lot while working.

Dislikes

The HR policy is not employee friendly and there are lack of basic amenities like vendor machine , water filer at each floor ect.
