Unfortunately there is nothing to like here except few colleagues.

...abilities on jira tickets counts. And good luck explaining all these to the mgr. One hr always keeps an eye on what are you wearing 🤣 • The recruiter lied about salary during hiring, it was august and we (me plus a few more new hirees) were informed that there will be 20- 30% hike by jan. (10% was said to be default). And we got baba ji ka thullu. • Company forcefully deducts privileged leaves on the days they decide. You cant even choose. • 9.15 hours are mandatory work duration, editing JSON and doing tech support. 5. Be prepared to be sidelined by the manager in Cairo, who thinks indian employees don't know anything.

...they will say it's not shortlisted and they contact them directly and hire them. So in this way they will not pay you referral bonus. The best possible way of cheating. This shows how HRs work in the compay. Efforts are from employees finding talent, give them profiles and they simply reject in email/portal and they hire him directly to avoid paying you referral bonus. Being HR they talk a lot about values, policies and loy other stuff. What they are doing here is assigning their talent acquisition task to other fellow employees so that they refer and make their job easy. (This is the worst I have seen in my career.)
