Dislikes

The company is ridiculously formed management by the worst managers in the industry with worst HR you could ever see. You must forgot getting salary hike and promotion based on your performance, because it is based on the racial or language or native based(for example: Telugu speaking manager from Andhra will choose telugu speaking people, Malayalam speaking manager having kerala nativity would choose malayali for better hike, promotion, new opportunities)

Work environment is good. Culture is good. I love the place personally.

...s or new employees they are not telling under which payroll you are going to be. Valeo payroll is the best for everything with more salary and more hikes. But others are with less salary, less benefits and less hikes. But nowadays for valeo employees also hike is very less. Very frustrated. They are not even considering our efforts for hikes. They are not even converting to internal employee. Lost confidence in working. Lost interest in working here.

...ing environment is absolutely amazing and work life balance is well maintained. Salary and benefits to employees are also good.

Dislikes

Employees need to be recognised for their work individually and considered for upgrade of their position and project development by the Manager not that employee needs to enact on it it’s higher officials to enact.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
