I work for New Zealand as a senior accountant, and I'm based in the Vizag branch. Although the accounting training personnel is located in mohali, we receive our instructions via Teams. I haven't had any complaints thus far, and my workflow has been uninterrupted. This place's culture is similar to a friendly, stress-free environment

The salary date is between 15-20 maximum they gives at 17th of next month

Big Issue in this company is regarding salary. Salary can not pay to time to time its almost 15 dates delay. Also Salary slip getting late. other Matter company in no negative point

- My advice is to avoid joining this company, even if they offer a high salary at first. There's no chance for career growth, the culture is terrible, and there's no job security. - There's no balance between work and personal life. - The training provided is poor, and there are no standard operating procedures (SOPs). - Salaries are always late, never paid before the 18th of the following month. - We're not motivated or appreciated for our work. - Basic office facilities like proper lighting, ventilation, and chairs are mostly broken.
