Appointed unwanted and unclnecessary Managers working in vaibhav jewellers from last 15 years. Managers are getting too much of salaries and their out put is NIL. Management required to think about of managers salaries and their positions??? Every counter having one manager which is not necessary. Compare to there showrooms there is only one manager who is doing their duties mutliple. Management getting loss on this matter

Owners, i mean MD & CMD ma'ams are very kind from heart, treat employees as family. I happy to be a apart of it. Our CEO & COO sir very helpful & gudie us towards the procedure to acquire good results. Projects department HOD, is a boost up for our team. Escalation of every minute details regarding projects & his knowledge sharing attitude helps us so much to learn & develop to reach new heights. I love this organisation.

Every Organisation has some loops, as same i found here that, apart from higher management, others from below hod level play's a lot of tricks & politics which never reaches HR department or higher management. I strived very hard to standup.
