You will get depressed and sometimes needs to work overnight without any additional pay and still your management will always get unsatisfied with your work. No work culture like zero. They treat their employees like servants and asked them to work nonstop. The stupidest part is people in that organisation is afraid to say bye to their boss even if their working time is over. And yes it is important to say and bye to the MD, you may have to sit for like more than 2 hours just in case if the MD is busy in some meetings. Sorry to say but I hate working there.

...keep your self respect at your home because the owner and VP Mr. Roongta and Mr. Agarwal will kill you with their such arrogance behaviour along with the power of money they will give you a salary like you are a slave.

It's long time around 9 yrs worked with Texzone Information Services Pvt Ltd . All the work is Live. Hard work is required. Use logic and Commonsense while working here. Family environment. Too much learning with disciplined manner which for sure help in our personal and commercial development. Need to understand the background of work which will help to progress in work. Celebrates each festival with sweets and snacks. Do our work on time and with 0 mistakes. Management gives time to learn the things. I got an identity, respect in Trade Show. We also get the work satisfaction after we see the Huge Show. I Loved my Work a Lot.
