Compensation Is Decent, But Growth Is Slow. The Work Pressure Is Very High. Sometimes, I Have To Work 10-15 Hours Straight In A Day.

Top management is blindly beleive on GM's feedback. They never talk to middle management managers , never take their feedback. Below General Manager rank, they don't for bother you. Never appreciate you efforts and hard work. GM hold your Ta Da expenses for 2-2 months. So this company totally depends on working style of General Manager of a particular territory.
